UXBRIDGE HAS A LIL KNOW IT ALL
New mobile phone app launched
Uxbridge, ON, June 28, 2016– Trailblazer Creative is delighted to announce that Uxbridge now has a NEW mobile phone app that puts local information right into the palm of the community’s hand!
Sari Pandopulos, CEO (Creative Entrepreneur Owner), of Trailblazer Creative, an Uxbridge based marketing company, announced the exciting news at last week’s Township of Uxbridge Council meeting during which Ms. Pandopulos explained that “The NEW Uxbridge app is accessible 24/7/365 and provides residents & tourists a one-stop tool for exploring the community”. She also confirmed that the Uxbridge app is ‘free’ to download, from Google Play or the App Store.”
The exciting new app features Local News, Weather, Where To Eat, Where To Shop, plus a What’s On (event listing) & much MORE! By downloading the app, users save time & eliminate the need to search multiple places- online, for local information. The app also features a business directory, and with geo-locating it can point shoppers right to the front door of a local business. One of Trailblazer’s goals is for the app to help improve the public’s awareness of all that’s available right within the community, whereby reducing their travel costs leaving town for shopping and dining. Ms. Pandopulos also mentioned that “We all moved to Uxbridge for the small-town charm, and now by downloading the Uxbridge app residents can connect with our local businesses, and help support them since they sponsor our children’s sport teams, community events and provide local jobs.”
The Uxbridge app was also recently unveiled to the public during a red carpet launch event, on Ladies night, and attendees were thrilled to hear all about the app, and many people downloaded it right on the spot!
Don Andrews, owner of the Tin Cup Caffe, was one of the first business owners to hear all about the app’s offer feature and jumped right in to host an ‘exclusive’ app promotion. Mr. Andrews stated “I am excited that my caffé will be able to connect with app users so we are hosting a unique promotion and giving away 1 year of free coffee, as a prize, which will not only create interest in the app but also help promote my business.”
